We've recently added 8 new titles and nearly half a million new articles to our Irish newspaper collection.
The brand new additions come from all four provinces of the country and include local and national press. They cover the time period before, during and after The Great Famine in 19th century Ireland (1805-1871).
Three newspapers have also been supplemented with more articles. 68,874 new articles were added to Belfast Morning News, 58,242 to Freeman's Journal and 22,951 to Cork Examiner.
